Management fee protection is a stripped back version of our Rent & Legal Protection product.
This product aims to protect, you as an agent, against loss of income by protecting their fee if the renter(s) default. The cover also includes the legal costs of gaining possession of the property.
The exclusive policy includes:
15 months’ cover for loss of management fee
£100,000 legal expenses
No excesses
More relaxed claims notification criteria
Management fee capped at 15% of monthly rent or £375 whichever is the lower figure
How much does Management Fee Protection cost?
The price for a Management Fee policy is £75.00 for the year. You are able to pay for this monthly or annually. Pricing includes insurance premium tax.
