How to change the status of a RentPassport®
How to change the status of a RentPassport®

Now that you can mark a RentPassport as complete, you can also determine if the applicant is progressing in the tenancy application.

If you need to change the status of an applicant, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Ensure you are on the RentPassport you would like to change the status for

Step 2: At the top of this page you will see the 'Tenant Status'. If you have marked a RentPassport as complete, you will see either 'Progressing' or 'Not Progressing' here.

Click on the menu button, this will look like a vertical ellipsis.

Step 3: Select the option you want to change the tenant status to.

You will have see option to change to 'Progressing' and 'Not Progressing' as well as move them back into 'Screening' which will remove the RentPassport completed status allowing you to carry out further checks before marking them as complete again.

Note:

  • You can do this same process from the list view.

  • Marking a RentPassport as complete does not stop changes made on the RentPassport.
