An identity check is beneficial to ensure the applicant is submitting their own details to you and that they are who they say they are.
What documents can a renter supply to evidence their Identity?

How much does an identity check cost?
If an ID verification is not active on a RentPassport you will see a request button on the RentPassport. Click this button and you will be able to see the price before submitting a request. Costs may vary per account.
