Below you will see a RentPassport with the status of "In progress". This will show on the applicant's RentPassport when they have started their RentPassport but some sections are yet to be completed. This can be due to the applicant not submitting their details, a referee yet to supply a reference or our referencing team reviewing documents.

In this example, you can see the renter has not started their ID verification but they have also completed their credit check and we have been able to verify them through Experian.
When you expand the section you can see their full address history, their Experian credit rating and their financial history.
The income section has been submitted on 27/04/2022 and our referencing team have yet to assess and verify their income. This means their affordability will remain £0 until income verification is complete.
Their employment reference has been verified. To see the full employment details you will need to expand this section.
Their previous rent payments have been verified through Open Banking and expanding this section will present you with a list of transactions used to verify their previous rent payments.
Finally, the landlord reference has not been started therefore our referencing team cannot verify this section without a submission.
Until all sections of the Essential RentPassport are complete you will see a screening result of “In Progress”.
Our referencing team will chase the applicant to complete any and all outstanding sections to ensure the RentPassport is completed within our SLA.
We recommend contacting the applicant to encourage them to complete their RentPassport.
