How to cancel a RentPassport® request
How to cancel a RentPassport® request

If you have requested a RentPassport and need to cancel the request, follow the steps below.

Please note if the applicant has shared their RentPassport with you, you will not be able to cancel the request. You can, however, archive the RentPassport. Click here for instructions on archiving a RentPassport.

Step 1: Sign in to your Canopy HQ

Step 2: Once signed into HQ, select 'Rent Passports' from the navigation panel.


Step 3: On the top panel, click 'Invited'. This will display all active RentPassport requests you have where the renter has not connected to you.


Step 4: Locate the invite you would like to cancel. Expand the menu by clicking on the 3 dots next to the invite.


Step 5: Click "Cancel Invite". You have now successfully cancelled the invitation and this request will be removed from your HQ.
