Canopy has created its one of a kind reference providing you, the landlords and letting agents with transparent, accurate and real-time information in order to ensure that the best tenants are able to move into suitable properties as soon as possible. Canopy has partnered with Experian Credit Bureau to provide identity and financial history on the screened renters.

Canopy further makes use of market-leading open banking technology to generate real-time and accurate affordability calculations for the screened renters.

Screening Result

This is the overall status / result of the person you are referencing. Below is a table of all the statuses, what they mean, and suggestions on how you may want to proceed.
